ORDERING WITH WEDDINGS AND PARTNERSHIPS LIMITED
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors at info@weddingsandpartnerships.com before placing an order with us. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. A contract between the customer and Weddings and Partnerships Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our RETURNS POLICY. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see our DELIVERY POLICY.

PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit or credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will do our best to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you. We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case we will let you know when we anticipate the item being in stock. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We take every care to ensure that all details and descriptions and prices of our products appearing on www.weddingsandpartnships.com are correct at the time the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing at any particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place your order. While any colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Weddings and Partnerships Limited does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, agents, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Weddings and Partnerships Limited and any other associated company of Weddings and Partnerships Limited as if references to Weddings and Partnerships Limited included references to each such associated company. REGISTERING WITH US

When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Website. ORDERS
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. CONTRACT CREATION AND ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
• You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
• We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Weddings and Partnerships Limited.
• As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in CANCELLING AN ORDER.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY.
