REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
However, please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products which fall within the following categories, unless they are faulty:
- goods made to your specification (personalised or made to measure goods)
- for reasons of hygiene, personal grooming products, cosmetics, pierced jewellery.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
However, please note that we are unable to offer a refund on products which fall within the following categories, unless they are faulty:
- goods made to your specification (personalised or made to measure goods)
- for reasons of hygiene, personal grooming products, cosmetics, pierced jewellery.
Refunding delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
